Social Media Manager

As the Social Media Manager at Steele Industries Inc., you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media marketing strategies that leverage various digital platforms, tools, and skills. This role requires close coordination with our internal marketing team, customer service, and customers to create and refine social media strategies utilizing tools such as social media, email, search engines, video, SEO, affiliate marketing, partner/influencer collaborations, and website content marketing.

At times, this position will interact with customers and requires a strong understanding of the appropriate use of different platforms for varying target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with our team and internal partners to create client-specific marketing strategies for the sales team, utilizing digital platforms like PPC, social media, email, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate and manage the implementation of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing results, proactively adjust strategies, and hold partners and vendors accountable for their deliverables.
  • Client Communication: Meet with clients to discuss marketing results and concerns, making proactive adjustments to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Content Creation: Write content for emails, websites, and other marketing media, and manage organic posts on social media.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the cross-functional in-house team to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong track record of successful management and campaigns.
  • Expertise in social media, email marketing, and website content marketing.
  • Knowledge of and experience in SEO, PPC, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and making informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other applicable areas of study.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and communicate cash flow-related issues to management and ownership, ensuring smooth financial operations within our growing portfolio.
  • Coordinate the completion of all forecasts and budgets with the Executive Team and department managers to drive strategic financial planning.
  • Analyze financial data and operations, advising management on maintaining financial objectives that support Steele Industries’ innovative product development.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, reflecting our commitment to precision and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the tech or advanced manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor’s or Graduate degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Ability to assimilate complex information from disparate sources and make necessary adjustments, reflecting the dynamic nature of our industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with a focus on supporting innovative product development.
