If a customer requests a specific carrier (UPS or FedEx), please email orders@steeleindinc.com with your order number. Please note that switching carriers may result in an additional charge depending on current carrier rates.
We do not ship to PO Boxes unless approved prior to checking out, please email sales@steeleindinc.com for approval.
All night vision devices and laser products ship via UPS or FedEx Overnight service.
Signature Required is mandatory at delivery.
The signature must be from the purchaser at the delivery address.
All deliveries exceeding $1,000.00 require Signature Required upon delivery.

All non factory built night vision systems including those listed under “In Stock” are built to order.
Standard ship time: 1–2 weeks

After processing, most domestic shipments arrive within approximately 1-7 business days depending on the products shipped, carrier, and destination. Delivery timelines depend on the select carrier and service level. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier routing, weather conditions, and operational disruptions.
If you have a firm deadline or urgent need, it is imperative to contact us before placing your order to confirm timeline availability. We cannot guarantee expedited turnaround unless confirmed in advance.
In stock accessories typically ship within:
