Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United States (Continental U.S.)

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • International shipments (approval required prior to purchase)

For international orders, please contact us at sales@steeleindinc.com before placing an order to confirm eligibility and export compliance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Weight and size of items ordered

  • The most expensive item in the order

Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

If a customer requests a specific carrier (UPS or FedEx), please email orders@steeleindinc.com with your order number. Please note that switching carriers may result in an additional charge depending on current carrier rates.

We do not ship to PO Boxes unless approved prior to checking out, please email sales@steeleindinc.com for approval.

Carriers & Signature Requirements

Night Vision Systems & Lasers

All night vision devices and laser products ship via UPS or FedEx Overnight service.

  • Signature Required is mandatory at delivery.

  • The signature must be from the purchaser at the delivery address.

High Value Orders

All deliveries exceeding $1,000.00 require Signature Required upon delivery.

Accessories

Accessories may ship via:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is based on size, value, and destination.

Special Shipping Requirements

L3Harris GPNVG (Ground Panoramic Night Vision Goggle)

Due to insurance and carrier requirements:

  • Must ship via FedEx Overnight.

  • Must ship to a FedEx holding facility for pickup

  • Direct residential delivery is not permitted for this item

Customers will be contacted to coordinate delivery details when applicable.

Handling & Build Times

Night Vision Units

All non factory built night vision systems including those listed under “In Stock”  are built to order.

  • Standard ship time: 1–2 weeks

If you have a firm deadline or urgent need, it is imperative to contact us before placing your order to confirm timeline availability. We cannot guarantee expedited turnaround unless confirmed in advance.

Accessories

In stock accessories typically ship within:

  • 24–48 business hours

If your order contains both in-stock and non-stock items, the order will ship once all items are available.

If you would like to split shipments:

  • Additional shipping charges will apply for the second shipment.

Delayed or Missed Deliveries

If tracking shows a missed delivery or stalled shipment:

  • Please allow 48–72 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

In our experience, early intervention can sometimes cause additional routing delays.

If the package has not updated after 72 hours:

Email sales@steeleindinc.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the matter.

Missing Items

If your package has arrived and you believe items are missing:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email sales@steeleindinc.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • List of missing items

We will verify fulfillment records and, if an error occurred, promptly ship a replacement.
